WANTED – Course Marshalls & Aid Station Heroes
I am reaching out to your community organisation on behalf of Single Track Events, who run the Buffalo Stampede Festival (BSF) in Bright over the weekend of 28th to 30th March.

Become part of the fun-filled, dynamic atmosphere and help create an unforgettable vibe!
We hope to partner with our local community groups who’d like to earn some easy money and encourage our dedicated athletes by gathering a reliable team of adults, as many as you can find, club members, family members, and friends, who would donate their time from 3 to 6+ hours, depending on what may suit the group and/or individuals, to assist with marshalling and providing refreshments at different points across the BSF course. Members of your team may also like to volunteer multiple times to help increase the donation value.
Marshalling requirement: Be stationed at a critical point of the course and direct runners and pedestrians accordingly. Simple!
Aid Station Heroes: Supply the brave and weary with food and drinks.
Our remuneration is as follows:
For your club
For example, if you can provide 10 adults for 6 hours each, your organisation will receive a donation of $1200. The donation amount will vary depending on the number of volunteers and their time.

Per Volunteer
- 1-3 hours – Buffalo Stampede cap, $50 credit towards the next Single Track event
or BSF 2025, 30% code off an ASICS shopping spree.
- 3-6 hours – Buffalo Stampede cap, crew T-shirt, $100 credit towards the next
Single Track event or BSF 2025, 30% code off an ASICS shopping spree.
- 6 hours+ – Buffalo Stampede cap, crew T-shirt, $150 credit towards the next
Single Track event or BSF 2025, 30% code off an ASICS shopping spree.
- Credits may be transferred to your partner.
We would love to have you on board for this ‘world stage’ event in 2025, and if this floats your boat as a ‘fundraising jackpot’ – where we do all the background work, and you provide the volunteers – we welcome your club to an ongoing relationship by becoming an annual partner with the Buffalo Stampede Festival.
