U3A Bright Inc. is constantly seeking new volunteer convenor / tutors, as well as volunteers for a range of other roles. Retirees have so much to offer, not just to friends and family but to the wider community, so if you have a hobby or subject you wish to impart to our members please contact us.

U3As Are Run By Volunteers

Volunteers are highly valued and supported within the U3A Bright community.

U3A Bright offers a range of courses from card games to bridge, to Cycling and Tai Chi and, from time to time, courses of shorter duration. The Committee is also made up of volunteers and with nearly 300 members this not-for-profit volunteer organisation is run like a small business.

How You Can Help

Volunteers are welcome to assist in the organising and running of U3A Bright.
You could offer to volunteer in the following areas:
Course convenor
Social Committee
Committee of management
Any other subcommittee

We aim for the highest ethical standards and all volunteers are required to act in accordance with a strict code of conduct.
